Gerak Alunan Budaya (GAB) had their first invitation show for the joyous event to celebrate Mother's Day. We worked hard for it and give our best shot for the day. We perspired, we worked hard for it. It was finally done with. We girls did our best with at our best capabilities. I am proud of each and everyone of the girls. It was definitely an event that brings us to a whole new platform where experience were gained and not forgetting the exposure we had. This is vital in any dance group to go as high as we can. The recognition we get from the celebrity, Norsiah Ramli was great. She remembered us. The hip hop girls. She is super friendly and very fun. And not forgetting the comedian Alias Kadir. Forever very funny! haha. So yes, Muzika Records commended and said we were good. And told our mentor that for any upcoming event, they might call us. My heart smiled upon hearing that. Alhamdullilah.

I had alot to say but im just speechless and cant find the right words to express it. But it was a great experience working with the Events company, the celebrities. Mingling with them and all. And getting to see Dato Khatijah Ibrahim live in person. She is dead gorgeous for her age. And not forgetting we are very fortunate to hear her sing to us in person when we requested her to sing for us. She is so elegant and WOW. Sumpah! The event made my girls shed tears when the singers sang song like Airmata Ibu, and not forgetting the first intro part by Khairil Yusof singing the song, Untukmu Ibu with the whole hall left with no light and us the dancers walk along the aisle carrying flowers. I love that part the most.! And the last part, calling the audience to dance along up on stage to Alias Kadir singing the song Kwek Mambo. We learnt alot of things.

Im really proud of GAB and DE Electrifiers for going this far and pulling through with any difficult times. Kak Aishah really appreciate you girls' effort. Love the group like how you love your family okay :D Afterall we are like ONE BIG family. We meet weekly. Now the next show! Lets get our butts on gear for it! Mediacorp is going to be there! Remember that.
